La Villa Marine avec son Spa privatif, vous attend au cœur de la station balnéaire de Mimizan Plage. Située à 250 m de l'océan et 400 m des commerces, tout peut se faire à pied. Accès plage, forêt à 50 m La villa est prévue pour accueillir 4 personnes. Elle possède 2 chambres dont une qui peut être configurée en 2 lits simples ou en king size plus un canapé convertible pour un couchage d'appoint dans le salon. Elle est équipée, outre son Spa, de la climatisation, d'internet wifi, cafetière nespresso, lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, plaque induction... A l'extérieur, un salon de jardin, table, barbecue vous feront apprécier vos vacances. Le Spa est un Spa professionnel avec une désinfection par UV (99,9%).  L'eau du Spa est entièrement changée pour toute nouvelle arrivée. Il est abrité, sans vis à vis pour en profiter un maximum.  Le logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés. Tarifs à partir de 150 € la nuit, 300 € le Week-end, 875 € la semaine . Ménage 90€ obligatoire

Villa Marine is in the heart of the seaside resort of Mimizan Plage, where everything is within walking distance. You'll be 50 meters from the forest, access to the beaches with their surf spots, the disc golf course, and cycle paths, and 400 meters from shops and restaurants. Villa des Prés Salés, located on the Arcachon Bay in Arès, is ideally situated. You can easily visit Bordeaux (40 minutes), Cap Ferret (20 minutes), Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat (45 minutes), as well as the vineyards of Pomerol, Saint-Émilion, Fronsac, Médoc, etc., all less than an hour and a half away by car. If you love cockles, clams, oysters, and fresh fish, you've come to the right place. The ocean and its surf spots are only 6 km away. A successful holiday with family or friends is guaranteed.
